Choisir X Stopout
"Stop the press, Stop the press"

This colt is from a family saturated with 2yos. His dam is a half sister to Noodle Night who had 2 wins as a 2yo and the winner of over $120000 in prizemoney and his Sire was a early stakes winning 2yo who trained on to Conquer in 2 Continents.

She is an excellent looking individual with very good conformation. She is athletic, stands over good ground with an intelligent head. She has a great overstep, short cannons, long forearm with a deep girth and a very powerful
hind quarter (very much the same hind quarter as Falvelon).

This colt just looks like speed. From the moment I saw him he just jumped out at me. He is a very athletic individual with good muscle and great confirmation. He has great balance with good hind quarter and stands over good ground. He has long forearms and short cannons and nice angled pasterns. He has good bone and strength about him and walks like he is ready to go. He is wide in the jowls and has a nice head. He just looks like a real excitement machine.

His Sire Choisir was a fantastic 2yo winning the Breeders Plate and Group 2 Skyline Stakes before placing in the Group 1 Golden Slipper, Sires Produce and Champagne Stakes. He came back as a three year old and won the Group 1 Lightning Stakes before placing in the Group1 Oakleigh Plate and Caulfield Guineas. But it was when we saw him travel to another continent and take on the world and conquer them in the time honoured King Stand Stakes and the Group 1 Golden Jubilee that he made the world stand up and take notice. He was the first to do it and since then we have seen Champion Sprinters go there and win one leg but haven't managed to win both, that is testament to his speed and toughness. He was then retired to Stud and made an immediate Impact by being Australia's Champion First Season Sire and is currently Leading Second Season Sire for Individual Winners. He Shuttles to England and has had numerous Stakes winners from his first Crop.

His Dam side is filled with 2yo's. His Dam Stopout is by successful Broodmare Sire Success Express and she won two races at 1000 and 1200m. She is a half sister to Noodle Night who won 2 races as a 2yo and over $120000 in prizemoney. His Grand Dam won over 900m and is half sister to Magdalena a stakes winner and placegetter (dam of Star Cat winner of over $175000 in prizemoney) He is from the family of Café Opera who was a winner as a 2yo and had 9 winners many of them multiple stakes winners and winning 2yo's.

This Colt has been nominated for the $6.025M Magic Millions Series and 2009 Golden Slipper & Golden Rose.
