Privileges -

Here are some of the privileges that accompany racehorse ownership through syndication or partnership. Below are some of the Standard Privileges plus the new Owners Card (joint initiative of the Queensland Racehorse Owners Association, Queensland Racing and Racing Information Services Australia) which in brief provides FREE entry to participating race clubs even when your horse is not racing.

Standard Privileges -

• You will share in any of the prize money according to your percentage of investment in the horse. It should be noted, it is a standard rule that the trainer's (10%) and jockey's (5%) share of the prize money is deducted and paid out directly by the race club before the remainder of the prize money is distributed to the Syndicate Manager.

• As a registered owner, you participate fully in any decisions made about your horse and your share in any financial returns should your horse eventually be sold to a third-party (e.g. to overseas interests, at auction, as a broodmare prospect etc).

• Your name appears in the racebook if your shareholding in a horse is 10% or greater.

• You receive free gate entry to all racecourses when your horse is racing.

• You will receive entry to the Members' Stand for the full day on any day that your horse is racing. For metropolitan racing, most race clubs provide 20 entry and members tickets per horse. Thus for a 10% owner, you would be entitled to 2 tickets.

• You will receive an entry pass to the mounting enclosure for the race in which your horse is participating. For metropolitan racing, most race clubs provide 20 enclosure tickets per horse. If you are a 10% owner, you would be entitled to 2 such tickets.

Owners Card

The ANZ Queensland Owners Card is a joint initiative of the Queensland Racehorse Owners Association, Queensland Racing and Racing Information Services Australia.

The ANZ Queensland Owners Card complements and enhances the benefits currently enjoyed at participating race clubs by owners racing horses in Queensland.

The ANZ Queensland Owners Card heralds a new era benefits to owners of racehorses in Queensland.

Benefits and features of the ANZ Queensland Owners Card include

All cardholders automatically become "Card Holder" members of the Qld Racehorse Owners' Association ("QROA"), free of any charge.

Such membership carries no voting rights, unless the cardholder also applies for ordinary membership of QROA.

Free admission (on presentation of the Owners Card) to participating race clubs and to their Members facilities, even if the cardholder is not racing a horse on the day.

Quarterly "Owners' Oracle" Newsletter publication, distributed electronically.

All cardholders will receive information from time to time (by email and SMS texting) relating to race club promotions, special offers and entitlements
from participating Owners Card sponsors, as well as general racing
industry activities.

The Owners Card is valid until 31 December 2009 and will be reissued every 2 years on the basis of the cardholder being an active owner of thoroughbred racehorses in Queensland.

Race Day

Owners Cards are strictly non-transferable with the benefits attached to the card only available to the card holder.

Admission to the participating race clubs will only be allowed upon presentation of a valid Owners Card.

Access to participating race clubs will be at specially designated entry points where the use of card scanning machines will be used.

Participating race clubs have certain feature race days where the Owners Card entitlements are excluded from operation.

Dress Regulations and Identification

Cardholders will need to be aware that dress regulations on racecourses
will apply, especially in the Members' enclosures.

In addition, the participating race clubs have reserved the right to ask
for photographic identification (at their discretion) on presentation of
the Owners Card by a holder.

Prize Money

Below is a breakdown of a typical Saturday meetings prizemoney. Horses that are eligible for the QTIS bonuses will be able to race for the bonuses in their 2yo and 3yo racing careers. All horses that have been purchased at a Magic Millions sale will also be nominated for THE ALL NEW MAGIC MILLIONS RACE SERIES IN 2007/2008 worth $6.025 MILLION.
