This colt really stood out for me as he is a very striking individual with real presence. He is very well balanced with a long sloping shoulder through to his strong hind quarter and good length of reign, he stands over good ground and overall well proportioned. He has wide jowls which allows for better breathing and air intake and he possesses a masculine head with an alert eye. He has a lovely loose walk with good overstep and goes about his business with real purpose. He looks to have all the necessary ingredients to be successful on the Racetrack. His sire Show a Heart needs no introduction to avid racegoers in Australia and especially here in Queensland. He was a Champion Racehorse winning the Group 1 TJ Smith Hcp as a 2yo the Group 1 Caulfield Guineas as a 3yo and time honoured events such as the Group 1 Stradbroke and Toorak Hcps as a 4yo. So it was no surprise that a racehorse of that Caliber and Quality would make a huge impact on the Breeding industry. He has been crowned Australia's Leading First and Second Season Sire and is currently Leading the Third Season Sires List on Winners and Prizemoney along with being crowned Champion NZ Sire of 2yo's in 2006 - 2007, what more can a Sire Do? He stands here in Queensland and is a QTIS eligible sire. So it is easy to see why Show a Heart would be first on anyone's list. His Damside is littered with black type with his dam Miss Exec a three quarter sister to Watch (dam of Overclock) and a half sister to Peeping a Maribyrnong Plate and Widden Stakes winner (dam of Agent Provocative and Super Snooper (dam of Forest Spy). Miss Exec was twice a winner over 1000m and 1300m. She has been a great producer having had seven to race for six winners. His half brother Snooping was the winner of 4 races, 3 as a 2yo including the Group 3 WATC Sires Produce and Perth Stakes along with numerous stakes placings.
